Equal Education (EE) picketed Parliament calling for Minimum Norms and Standards for School Infrastructure to be perscribed. A memorandum of demands was handed over to a representative from the National Treasury. The picket fell the day before Finance Minister Pravin Gordahn’s 2012 Budget Speech. There was also be a puppet show about the importance of norms and standards and the history of EE’s campaign.
