Equal Education (EE) and the Equal Education Law Centre are deeply disappointed by the Supreme Court of Appeal’s (SCA) decision to dismiss EE’s appeal concerning the Western Cape’s controversial model of collaboration schools, donor-funded schools and intervention facilities.
