Letter from SECTION27 and Equal Education Law Centre, on behalf of Equal Education and two Limpopo schools, to Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga and the Education MECS, welcoming the improved coherency of the reports and more importantly, a general increase in the number of learners currently receiving meals in most provinces.
